Remember that &#8220;drink calories&#8221; don&#8217;t satisfy or curb your hunger so they have a nasty habit of going directly to your waist line.</p><p>Kelly also said that she eats half an apple before going to bed.  She learned a trick to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before going to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going.  </p><p>An average day eating-wise for Osbourne consists of an egg-white omelet with turkey bacon for breakfast, a chopped salad with tomatoes, salami, mozzarella and garbanzo beans for lunch, and a turkey burger with a salad or a side of steamed vegetables for dinner. Sugar-free Jell-O is her go-to snack.</p><p>She also does a lot of Pilates and she loves it, her posture got so much better and she is seeing muscles on her stomach.
