Getting Rid Of HCG Injections For Weight Loss

You know, my sister attempted the HCG injections for weight loss. She had heard great things. She is an Army wife so she has to handle the ups and downs of her husband deploying repeatedly. It’s a roller coaster ride and one of the things that she finds goes up and down like a roller coaster for many in the same or similar situations is weight.

Weight is like an all seeing eye when it comes to stress, fear and depression. At least that’s the way it works for most individuals. They drop chunks of weight because they are stressed out.

But I would say that the majority of people who deal with stress or frustration or depression (mild or severe) or just basic fear would say that their weight gain is an indication of a time when things weren’t great. 

In response to one particular long and stressful deployment my sister’s weight had gone up more than normal. Her husband was in a dangerous region. He was leading missions he wasn’t allowed to talk about. He wasn’t able to keep in daily contact because it wasn’t safe. She was totally freaked and totally unhappy.

And then she got an abrupt notice that he would be home for a 6 week leave “soon.” They told her it would be sometime in the next few weeks. (She’s always telling me about things like this and I always thought it was terrible that they would tease her like that without providing her with a date and time, etc. But she eventually explained that they’re not just being mean…they are protecting the troops from attack while in transit and other such important matters). I just thought you’d like the reason behind the mystery, too.

She was absolutely giddy she was going to get to see him. But at the same time she was totally freaked! She had always planned on losing the weight she had gained while he was away before he came home and she was sure that a few weeks just wasn’t enough time. She was really bothered about it. She, of course, discussed with a few friends and other Army wives because that’s what she does and by the end of the afternoon she had a good answer to the problem.

She immediately started HCG injections for weight loss. She did it for one week (which isn’t long enough). And she didn’t quit because she gave up. She’s totally more pigheaded than that…she quit because it was so darn expensive!
